The Plan Rack Wrench is
designed as a wrench to adequately tighten the vertical
files
(by Safco, Plan Hold and Mayline)
and eliminate the problem of drawings falling or ripping from the binder
when hung. Architects and engineers in these fields have
experienced this problem on many occasions and usually use a pair of heavy
pliers or the handle of a pair of scissors to secure the vertical files. Both are bulky and dangerous and
cannot fit in your shirt pocket like The Plan Rack Wrench.
